I am Joe, a 67 year old who had the AMS 700 MS implanted on OCT 23 of this year after almost 20 years of progressively worsening ED. I had been reading this forum for quite some time and had a fair idea on what to expect.
In the beginning, I had excellent erections but would, rarely, fail to achieve one. Over the next 20 years, or so, that began to happen more often and the firmness of my erections deteriorated. It has been three years since I have had an erection sufficient to have sex. I had tried the pills and pump, all to no avail so I asked my urologist about an implant and after almost a year of researching and considering it…I took the plunge. I am having a few problems which I will post outside the intro section.
