Hello new here / First appointment to startthe Implant

Hello i am in the western NY area Fredonia NY My nearest option for the surgery is Buffalo NY Dr Kevin Bralog / I am hoping he has the experience to do the best Possible Implant .
I am 63 yr and I had a doctor in Nashville 5 yrs ago but the insurance would not cover the Implant then I am now on a medicare Advantage Plan so I know it will do the Procedure for me . I have used Injections and vacume for yrs and Also could not use Pill type meds , I have a vision problem now so I hurt my self and bend a lot of injection needles tring to inject and when i miss I do get good results I know it is time'
I have many questions and concerns . I would like the most durable device with the most girth possible and not lose ang lenght , I am hoping in the meeting with the Doctor he will answer my questions . Or i need to find another Doc
