Hello

Postby NvMike » Sun Mar 09, 2014 4:13 pm

Just joined. 65yo with 10 years of ED. Pills stopped working. Pump would give an erection but as soon as I took it off the erection faded. Got referred to my urologist and I started on Trimix injection. First one in office at .10 gave a mild 50% erection with good girth. Two days later on our 46th anniversary I injected .20. Same reaction and not enough for penetration. Last nite injected .25. Seemed like less than before. Time to call the doc
65. Married 46 years. ED for 10 years. Pills and pump no longer work. Going to TriMix 10MCG/ML.

Hey Mike,

What kind of Trimix mixture do you have?
Pge-1 mcg
Pap mg
Phent mg

Sometimes Docs start out with very conservative weak prescriptions that you can replace with better ones (although upping the amounts as you did should have helped some -- unless you have weak blood flow or venous leakage).

On the pump thing .. you need good rings to keep things erect. Search for Osbon ring discussions on here for details. Just using the pump daily for therapy will also help with shots .. keeping things stretched and used to hard erections.

Lastly, if you are not injecting into cavernosa you could be getting misfires. See other discussions in just the last few days even about how to tell you are in the sweet zone spot.

get back with some details...

RP 2008 ... MUSE 2008-9 .. TriMix Gel 2009 .. Trimix 2009-2015 ... PGE-1 2016-2019 ..Misoprostal 2019 Onward. All worked.

Not sure of the exact ratio. It does not say on the bottle. I suspect I may be suffering from venous leakage. I am planning on using one of the rings from my pump to see if that helps.
