Hello Franktalk , I live in Madrid, I have had prostate surgery in 2012 and ED since then and I think sharing experiences helps a lot.

I developed ED Post-Prostatectomy in February 2004.
PDE5 Inhibitors (Viagra, etc.) and other treatment modalities did not work for me.
Then in December 2007 I was implanted with the Coloplast Titan and it completely corrected my ED and restored both my sex life and the emotional bond with my wife.
