Deano5934,
A lot depends on your URO ... is he "old school" ... or "new school"? In my case my URO advised me to VED for months prior to Implant surgery. There are lots of references to this at Google ... simply search: "ved prior to implant surgery"
[Example]
"In addition, use of the VED prior to penile implant surgery likely increases safety of the surgery and improves penile aesthetics."
