Hello. I'm 65, and had my prostate removed last October at the Cleveland Clinic. I had the relatively new MRI fusion guided bioposy there is September. (Learning that I had prostate cancer during prostate cancer awareness month was very special.) Anyway, the surgery appears to have been a success as far as the cancer was concerned (2 followup PSA's have both been zero), but the intervening 7 months have not seen a natural erection. I've been on 20mg Cialis twice a week since then, and nothing. The pump seems to be working well, but sex with it is such a major production. I decided to add Viagra, but at $40 a pill, I'm now waiting for my generics from Alldaychemist to arrive. Maybe it will help.
Anyway, I've leaned quite a bit from this site, and I thank everyone who has posted so much wonderful information and who has offered encouragement.

Thoronymous.... I still have my prostate, but the ED is still a problem. My "cure" for the past 4 years lies in Trimix injections. Believe me, the thought of poking a needle in your best friend is normal, but, believe me, it is not a problem at all.
I had such great results that I wanted to tell others about this method to get very hard erections without pills or pumps. and it should work for those who have had prostate surgery too.
you can see my "Show and Tell" series of photos on injecting and the results....... at:

Hope you have the same great benefits that I have

I hope the Viagra addition will give you the desired effect. Have you read Dr. Mullhall's book on Saving Your Sex Life After Prostate Cancer Treatment. There is no magic bulletin unfortunately but you might find some ideas there. From what little I know it sounds like you are attempting to do the right thing by trying to get it up. Hopefully it will eventually come back on its own. All the best to you.
