Writing from Los Angeles , CA where I have undergone all my ED treatments. Mine was the tricky one. Blood stopped flowing through penis, I was left limp and small.
Injections were weird. The lower half would erect but not the top.
I decided, at 45, to go with the malleable implant. If you don't know the pain be forewarned; it does hurt. Putting any foreign object into your body hurts. Stretching and manipulating your penis leaves it bruised and sore. I agree with doctors who say 6 weeks to recovery.
In my case, around the third week, I began to have wet dreams. Haven't had them since 13. Too much semen and no release. The malleable will give you a permanent erection. You bend it up for sex, bend it down for life. Once, you've undergone this you do peek in the gym. You will be bigger flaccid but the same erect.
Biggest disappointment - loss of engorged head. Part 2 to follow
