Hey, my name is Littlejohn, and I just joined the site after reading about it when searching for answers to ED on Google. I have been getting treatment for ED for a couple of months now. It's the kind of ED that just evolved over the years until I was nearly inactive. I tried Cialis, Levitra, and Viagra. None helped me maintain an erection long enough for ejaculation. I have begun taking Testosterone shots for about a month and feel as randy as when I was seventeen, but have still not been able to ejaculate during intercourse before going limp.

I hope the T treatments and the Pump help.... I also gave up on the pills, since many times, prior to satisfactory finish, i would lose the erection.... that began to worry me more and more, resulting in nearly total failure of any of the pills. My Uro prescribed a good pump (Osbon) and although i followed the directions, I never reached the point where i felt comfortable with the 'snap' rings .... After hearing about the successes with injections, i persuaded him to write me an Rx for Trimix...
I am TOTALLY happy with injections .... NO failures half way through sex.... an erection that happens quickly regardless of diet or timing..... I suggest you at least inquire about it.
So far, no ejaculation problems with it

Hello Littlejohn. I too have experienced all that you're currently going through. I tried all the pills, pumping and all the way through the full gamut of shots. I do hope that your uro will prescribe shots and that they work well for you. Give it a try. When all that no longer worked I went for the AMS LGX implant in Dec. 2010. I'm almost 8 months post-op and have never enjoyed my life so much. Things are so wonderful now that I cannot begin to describe. If I had known that my life could be this good, I would have had this operation years and years ago. It really wasn't that difficult, just a bit of getting used to the pump in the scrotum, but that only took a few months. Everything feels as it should now, with the big addition of a roaring hard penis anytime I want it. I wish you luck as you make your way through the logical path that your doctor should be taking you on at this point. LGX_Man

Welcome to the site .. sorry you are here .. hope we can help each other.

With the pump you did not mention anything about using Rings? What kind of pump? I suppose with your ED not being total so you might get away with no rings, but for most of us we need em. And they slip onto the TUBE first and then snap on (use 1 or 2) .. don't try to take the pump off and then add rings.

I've used a pump for a couple of years -- always plenty for penetration, but on-top position can be tough if you have the swivel joint... in which case the spoons position is excellent and longer lasting (and very comfortable and relaxing even).

Send along a few more details ..

Currently I use Trimix for actual festivities .. and as I am typing am waiting for things to go down from an hour+ ago -- might even see if i can use it again .. GoodW willing!

Thanks, Jim. Yes, I am using the Augusta pump with rings. I haven't mastered it yet, but I'm not giving up.
