Hi guys. I've had SBRT and 9 months of Lupron for prostate cancer. Good news is I seem to be cancer free for now, no rectal or urinary side effects at all from my treatment, taking no meds, and in perfect physical condition, testosterone has recovered to 450+. During the Lupron HT I took 20mg of V daily to hopefully maintain function in the absence of sex.
Before treatment I had mild ED that responded 80% to 50mg of Viagra, I'm age 69. Post treatment I get about 20% response to 100mg V, which I would call unsatisfactory compared to before. Some of the ED is no doubt mental now as I expect failure, and actually get a better erection in the shower after sex than I do before and during.
Anyway, just wondering if others have been down this path and whether I can expect any improvement. I'm about 12 months out from the HT. Thanks.

WW,
Welcome to FT ... ask your doctor for a free sample of Cialis, and see if things are any better. You should consider VED since you have been inactive over 12 months. VED (vacuum erection device) helps to increase poor blood supply and prevent tissue atrophy. "Use it or lose it" is very true ... http://www.vitalitymedical.com/penis-pump.html
If the pills and VED don't seem to help ... ask your URO about injections ...
