1) Do you guys know a reliable compounding pharmacy around the Chicago area?

See a urologist who will issue a prescription and should be able to recommend a pharmacy.

I agree with Ahappigui unless you have no other reasonable alternative other than the Defy Medical. They may be fine but there's no substitute for in person one on one interaction with your doctor.
RRP 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. Wehle. Non nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 7 - 16 units. Originally Edex20 or 40, then compounded PGE1 due to cost. Inject. 14 yrs. It works. FL Treasure coast.

Use Super Quadmix due to severe Venous leak.Have a GREAT DAY!

Do a search on this site for "mail order pharmacy." You'll learn that there are a whole bunch of options that are far cheaper than the outrageous price you're being quoted.
Eugene, Oregon, USA. Born 1941. Married 1968. ED since mid-1990s. Began trimix January 2014. Dosage gradually increased over time. Added cock ring in 2016. After dosage reached 30 units, switched to quad mix in May 2018. On blood pressure meds.
