Ok so here it goes... I'm a 30yo male as of lately I'm having a problem standing at attention for more than a few minutes if I'm lucky. The weird part is I finish and that's it, I'm done... Even not fully erect. Has anyone else experienced this issue? What worked for you? I feel as if I'm a disappointment in bed and should be in my PRIME... I am a type 1 diabetic but my dr is leaning towards it being caused by something other than the diabetes. im going to try a c-ring and see if that helps, i may even purchase a basic hand pump... i dont think it is towards P.E. because there are times where i don't finish and still fall flat...

Thank you in advance for your reply's...

Dsg,
I don't have any answers for you, but I'd like to welcome you to Frank Talk. I think you'll find lots of information here. You are not alone as you deal with your situation.

dsg,
Welcome to FT. You are at the right place to know you aren't alone.

When you talk about your doctor is he a Urologist or your primary care doctor? If you have not been evaluated by a Urogist who specializes in these matters if will benefit you to do so.

It is difficult for any of us here to tell you what your issue is. There are many causes for the problem you are having. In my case it was a Venous Leak. Sometimes blood stayed in my penis and I had great erections and other times it was hopeless.

Best wishes.
Greg

Good morning and welcome to Frank Talk. It sounds like a venous leak to me but I am not a doctor.

Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
"AMS 700 (18 + 2 rte's). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Great surgeon. Went in to septic shock and had to have implant removed April 29, 2017. I'm from Belleville, Ontario, CANADA. Appt. for consult for second attempt is on November 6, 2017... I can't wait."

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

If you need further help, please ask, that's what I'm here for.

That isn't weird at all. I believe many of us feel that way.

I have been reading FT for several days, and feel I may be able to learn something here.
I am 74 years old in pretty good health. No Diabetes or cancer so far. But ED has been a problem for maybe ten years. At first, herbal remedies helped, and failed. Also, Viagra and Cialis worked good and failed. I am using Trimix at the present time and have for about two years.
My script last year was papa 30MG, phen .5MG and alp 10MCG/ML. 25 units did nothing, 35 only a bit. 45 worked for a while and over course of a year had to go to 85-90. This last summer the Dr. increased the phen to 1 MG and said to start at 30 but already I need 55 to 60 to work. and at this, I would class the erection at about 7 out of ten-just enough to start. It does strengthen during and at orgasm. But then it starts fading.
So I am wondering what to expect. I know that script is weaker than others have reported. It just seems that the amount needed is increasing rather fast.
Out here in the sparsly inhabited west, I not sure of the specialists available.
I am not sure how to go from here. Thanks in advance for any response.

Welcome, it's unfortunate that you have to be here but you're in the right place.

I started developing ED as a result of an injury and now I take tadalafil, a generic cialis. It works great and is really cheap. I purchase it from here: https://safegenericpharmacy.com/catalog ... =tadalafil

One of the major causes of ED is venous leak: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venous_leak
The cause of it varies and is often enigmatic. There are no cures.
You can undergo a test to see if you have venous leak... I believe it is an ultrasound performed by a urologist.

Here is the story of another Type 1 diabetic and his journey with ED as a complication of his diabetes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWl7-pPClR8
