Penis enlargement

Has anyone had a penis enlargement with the silicone implant? I just started reading about it and I'm very curious as I'm not very happy with my size after AMS implant
The enlargement is called Penuma.

I read about this procedure when I was researching implants. I will admit I am not well versed on it, but it seems you would undo your implant if you proceed with the silicone sleeve. To my understanding it helps a guy who gets natural erections have a bigger size. If you get a sleeve that is longer than your implant to accomplish your goal of increasing size, it would likely do something like pull the cylinder tips out of your glans. Again, I have no expertise, but I wouldn't do it.

I’ve heard it has many disastrous side effects for some.

I think an important question to ask is how would the silicone sleeve affect a revision of your AMS implant if it failed. Would they have to remove the sleeve to do the revision?

I sent them a message... you can't have the implant and the silicone sleeve... The implant is necessary for sex, the sleeve is just for vanity. Guess we know which wins this battle.

Cycle your implant twice daily. You could still regain size.

I saw that a few weeks back and did some google searching... So far, there is just not enough evidence to suggest it works or is worth $13000
