Jimmy is on the Balcony

This young couple's boy was quite active, always tough to get to sleep and hung on mom and/or dad all the time. By the time they could get him asleep they were so worn out sex wasn't in the cards. To have some private time they would make him the patrol person for the neighborhood apartment complex, give him a popsicle and send him out on the balcony to have him report on any activity happening.
One day they send him out to report, and it goes like this: Suzy is riding her bike in the street, there's a car getting towed at the end of the block, the Smith's just came home from the grocery store, the Johnson's are having sex.
OMG dad asks the boy, how do you know the Johnson's are having sex?
Because Jimmy is out on their balcony with a popsicle.
