First, let me say that I am really looking forward to reading the posts in this topic. Allow me to share a few ideas... To go along with Bandit's idea, how about an implant that can be totally controlled by a cell phone... 3 different settings (rock hard, medium and soft for pumping up and cycling. Auto charge when it drops below 25%, it could have little speed bump ribs, heat and vibrate (to please your partner). Of course there would have to be a manual release valve, just in case it malfunctions when you have a rock cock and need it to go down. Here are a few suggested names... Dyno Dick, Perfect Pecker, Magic Meat, Thoughts??? :D

Scrotum is probably the best location. If not the only practical one.

Protected from accidental activation (e.g. bumping into a desk corner)

Enough room to put a mechanism.

52 year old. Diagnosed with Venous Leak. Trimix was hit and miss. opt'd for implant Titan 22cm 3.5cm RTE by Dr. Hakky on March 27, 2018 ...Remember they never complaint how small your penis is when it is in their ass... just sayin' :o
