Call him/her "Face" in public, but your Veterinarian (being more familiar with latin) would probably get a kick out of it when reading the patient intake form.

I considered using that as a screen name, but did not want to take the chance at angering an ancient God (with the target of his wrath being my penis, no less). But Cats consider themselves gods anyway, so your cat would not care.
