I can't help it.
I know it is not funny, nothing at all but when look down the list and I see "young Members". I know it is for members that are young but still "young members", Maybe young associates or young contributors or young participants but not "young members".
Maybe ask the younger members if or how they should be referred to.

I am not sure what you are referring to. "member" as a body part, my "member" is only five and a half years old. (Nov 2017 to May 2023).
