So how are you doing? I just had a new blood test that's supposed to be a lot more accurate than a PSA. It indicated I had a low probability of matastisized (SP?) cancer. I'll take that. I hope things are going well for you.

Thanks for asking, Bldoink.

PSAs are running 0.016 ng/ml and below. Testosterone below 20 pg/dl, suppressed by taking estradiol. Orgovyx was working OK but had side effects. Estrogens are proving to have fewer side effects and just as effective as the FDA-approved treatments.

Surgery to replace the reservoir for my IPP (reservoir removed during prostatectomy October 2023) and to install an artificial iurinary sphincter was performed December 18 and both are scheduled to be activated January 23. The remaining components of my original LGX (the tubes and pump) were explanted Dec 18 and a CX implanted (same size, 18+3).

My last PSA was about .04 IIRC, which is a tenth of what it was before radiation. I pray we'll all be cancer free. At least my alprostadil mono-mix still works well and has for many years now. I never had a natural erection since the RP and I've had some anorgasmia ever since also. Oh well, I'm doing OK otherwise, other than getting older.

I’ve been able to a get natural chub, but not quite hard enough for penetration until a week or so ago. I got real chubby and slipped on a cheap cock ring and quickly jumped on the wife and it stayed stiff until I finished. This is the first time we were able to have sex since my RP without using a VED or injections (or pills). I’m 16 months since my RP and still hope that I can get the nerves to wake up before the two year threshold that usually ends much hope that it will get it back.

Question - since I had some success with a cheap cock ring, does anyone think one of those expensive ($80) cock rings would be worth the investment for me?
