I’m on the road to implant and my urologist of course has me using a VED to keep penis from atrophying. I found this thing called a Stealth online. Essentially it’s a penis sock with a silicone ring that’s placed behind the glans and the sock goes down the shaft with a loop at the back that fits under scrotum. It keeps the flaccid penis stretched out so it won’t “turtle”. The stretch isn’t a serious pull just enough to keep shaft lengthened.
I thought it made sense to keep penis from shrinking as much as possible when flaccid so I got a Stealth. It’s actually very comfortable and not noticeable at all under your clothes.
It really feels good having the slight stretch, kind of arousing in a way as the silicone ring pushing against my glans makes it swell it little larger than in normal flaccid state.
I thought I would just throw this out there for anyone pre implant that might want to keep their penis stretched very comfortably.

Re: Stealth
Don't worry, after the implant you will never "turtle" again. I had the same problem, and it is a problem! Mine would suck in to the point that just the tip of the glans showed, looks great in the locker room or the exam room! Now I have between 3.5" and 4" "showing" all the time, LOVE IT

Looks great now. Just a win win ....good flaccid and hard! Looking forward to it! Thanks for responding.
Diagnosed venous leak. Going with injections rather than implant for the time being.
Re: Stealth
I have had the AMS 700 installed. Me and my wife love it. This model is coated with antibiotic and I took antibiotics for 10 days after surgery. There was some pain involved for 10 days, but pain meds helped, then ice and heat. I love it and no regrets. I can leave a little fluid in the tubes all the time and am happier than I have ever been to hold something in my hand to pee, or just wake up in the morning and have sometinng to play with.
Re: Stealth
Yep, love my implant for just that reason! But staying hard for as long as I want is the best.

Re: Stealth
I have a lot of foreskin and when soft my head is out of sight. I am currently using Trimix and it really brings "charlie" out of the woods although I don't have a lot of length when hard but enough to do the job. I don't have any complaints from my wife.
Phil, 75, married 54 years, ED started about 9 years ago. After viagra and cialis and pumping have found Trimix. Use 10 units injected with a partial erection. 31g-5/16" or 31g 1/2"needle. 10-1-30 Wife likes it too

I think that is completely normal for guys with foreskin. (And when erect, there is wide variation on how much head is exposed automatically.)

Re: Stealth
David, I was born at home so no foreskin removal was done. I have wanted to get a circumcision but my wife of 52 years has asked me not to get it done as she would feel she has lost part of her husband. The foreskin does not cause any problems with materbating or having sex, so I guess I will leave well enough alone. If I have a hard on about half to 3/4 of my cock head is visible. I also produce a lot of pre-cum and sometimes it tends to "pool" where the end of the foreskin is at.

Re: Stealth
Contrary to many Americans' theory, the foreskin is not a problem males are born with. It is a normal part of the penis. (I do not want to sidetrack this discussion, so I hope we can table it and return to your original post.)
