awaken nerves

A very new area of interest is penile physical therapy. From exercises to stretching to vibrational therapy, it's all new and still being studied. This is where we can share techniques, exercises and successes.

Guys,

I’m 13 months post RRP and still have issues with incontinence, especially after physical activity (yard work, etc) and after a few drinks. I also get these little squirts when I’m caught off guard and have a sexual thought. My wife teases me when she flashes her boobs at me or something like that and says “did that make you squirt?” It may be playful and she thinks she caused me to have a little orgasm, but it is annoying to get a wet spot on my briefs. Do any of you have these sexually induced squirts?

Do you think these vibrating devices help reduce the incontinence issues and possibly help awaken the nerves that cause ED? I can get an erection that is almost hard enough for penetration, but I just can’t get it completely there. I’ve been considering getting one of the TEMU devices, but feared it was a waste of money. Now that I see based on your posts that they aren’t that expensive, I’m thinking why not?

Also, I was wondering if there would be some value in having a discussion board index topic for those of us that are flicked by ED due to having an RP? We could call it
“ED after RP”. I get that ED is ED regardless of how you got it, but these discussions like what we are having here are somewhat unique to us RPers. Your thoughts?

I guess you could say that the undesired side effects of an RP, other than the ED, are not the ED issues this site was originally designed for. Perhaps a prostate cancer survivors forum would be more appropriate.

On the other hand, being a prostate cancer survivor enjoying a case of complete ED as a result of RP caused nerve damage, I wouldn't at all mind a sub-forum dedicated to the other joys of prostate cancer other than the ED.

The actual ED issues enjoyed by many prostate cancer survivors should however be discussed in the already existing ED sub-forums and threads as too much of it relates to all ED sufferers and it would be unfortunate to have it sequestered off into a sub-forum that most site visitors wouldn't visit.

Hi, new here and have as yet only been reading posts. But this topic hits home with me as I’m in the same situation.
RPR surgery 2021 , trimix is only way to achieve an erection but has also given me PD . Life has been a struggle since I’ve become basically dead below the belt
