17 years ago today I had rp surgery; ED ever since. Doctor didn’t recommend anything for penile rehab. Found vacuum therapy on my own after about 6 months of nothing. Bought a medical grade pump online and started therapy once a day. Later I discovered the Prelude device on this forum and started using that for daily therapy. It’s much simpler and can be taken into the shower. I still use the pump twice a week for sex with my wife. It’s a little awkward stopping to pump after foreplay, but not all that different from back in the day stopping to put on a condom. I am somewhat inconsistent in reaching orgasm, but generally satisfied with my situation.
