Jelqing and penis cracking

Alright so i think I found the root cause of my penile Venous leakage. I remember back when I was in about 8th or 9th grade I did the stupid jelqing thing and I also did this thing when had an erection I would crack my penis at the base by pushing my penis down. It kind of felt like a knuckle crack. Before I started messing up my penis I had strong erections I know this because I masturbated 3-4 times a day from 6th grade to 9th grade. I’m 27 now and looking back I can now see how my condition got worse each year.

I started having sex my 10th grade year and my penis would either stay hard for hours or go soft in the middle of intercourse. At the time I thought I was just nervous because I could go home and masturbate without a problem, but then I realized my erections were position dependent. I could not stand up and maintain an erection while having sex. I had no problem before the jelqing and penis cracking I could masturbate while walking LOL.

Later on in life around 23 years old my situation worsened. My penis started going soft more often and sometimes I wouldn’t even be able to get an erection. I tried to avoid women that whole year, but I ended up talking to this girl from my job and we had sex. The first time we had sex I had no problems. The second time we had sex about a week later still no problems, after that we tried to have sex the next day and it happened again. I felt so embarrassed I told the girl this usually doesn’t happen so we waited a day and still nothing.

We dated for a year with on and off erections we maybe had successful sex 3 out 10 times.
At 24 years old I decided to go to the doctor and they did the ultrasound test and he comfirmed I had venous leakage, but he was a fairly young doctor so he recommended me to Dr. Carion at the USF health location in Tampa Florida . He also did an ultrasound test on me and gave me a daily dose of cialis. That actually worked for me for about a month or so then my situation seem to have got worse. Now at 27 years old I take a my daily dose then I pop a few extra before I have sex and still it’s like flipping a coin am I going to keep an erection or is it going to go soft..

I have an appointment with doctor carion coming up soon to discuss other options. I’ve already told him I do not want to get the penile implant. So maybe we’ll talk about a surgery or something idk. I’ll keep you guys posted on what information I receive.

There's not really any other surgery you can do. At this point if pills have failed, the next step is either to inject your penis with a vasodilator every time you want to have sex, or get the implant.

For what it's worth, lots of guys on here your age and younger have gotten the implant. I am around your age and am hoping to get it within the next year or two.
