No one on the implant part of this forum are complaining that they have been refused sex for having an implant. Why would your experience be different?
You claim that there are MANY situations where implants can not be concealed. I challenge you to describe 3 of them. I strongly suspect that those situations are very easy to avoid.

Any situation related to a "Saturday night sex" ir a moment when she goes to perform a blowjob, I dont know. I think the only way to conceal it is activating it while you are nude and performing oral sex with her. Obviously if she touches yourself testicles.

Simple answer. Tell her to not to touch your testicles. You have just described my testicle problem perfectly. My right one is very easy to hurt. No testicle touching is allowed.
Ok, there is one situation. You still need two more.
Oh, I just remembered a story. In my hometown while growing up. There was one kid that was rumored to have 3 testicles. Tell her that you was born with 3 nuts.

Yes, I know that What you say is all true. But, anyway, I think that if there is a small hope without the surgery, it is worth trying for me. Later, I can get the implant. The only issue is this virus that Does not allow me to move.

This Is an an example of a similar intervention (not ligation but embolization, that I believe in the practice Is the same, maybe less invasive) which had at least temporary success. If this Is not a lie, it might bé a great option.

I’m willing to give it a try.

Have you looked for some doctor for it?

Besides this, my doctor did not use phentanolamin, which is recommended to discard psychological factors during eco-doppler, actually I had during the test worse erections than those which I can achieved which tadalafil or without it laying on my bed. This paper (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21569215/) talks about it:On multivariable analysis, younger age (<45 years), failure to obtain an adequate erection during the original DUS, and having <2 vascular risk factors were predictive of a false diagnosis of venous leak. I have all the three conditions.

If you have had suspected psychogenic erectile dysfunction and you suffer with anxiety, the doppler test you have done, without phentolamine, is highly suspect. I would NOT be certain of its result. These tests can be incorrect. It appears that the doctor doing this test for you is not aware of the need for phentolamine with regard to attenuating excessive adrenergic activity in the penis whilst doing the test.
I personally would see another doctor.
Has your specialist also considered trying an a1 adrenergic blocker in combination with low dose chronic long term PDE5 inhibitor therapy, before even considering the drastic action of an implant?
It is quite possible that you have overactive sympathetic activity in your penis.
Some urologists are very aware the some men with severe psychogenic ED can give false positive results in the above tests even with phentolamine!
Too much activity of norepinephrine in the penis will cause CVOD as veno-occlusion cannot happen if the smooth muscle cannot relax sufficiently to allow enough pressure to build in the erectile tissues.
Venous leakage is just another very loose term for CVOD. The term "venous leak" is used to frequently to describe what could be a multitude of possible reasons as to why the penis cannot perform veno-occlusion.
Age 57, ED issues for 15-20 years. Testosterone replacement with Enanthate and Ovidrel. Currently using generic Tadalafil 2.5mgs and Resveratrol daily.

That is What I suspected. That a continuos overactive sympathetic activity could simulate the venous leak. I also think that, if ir happens for too long, as it is in my case (2 years) it could also deteriorate the erectyle function.

He was aware that anxiety might provoke a false positive, as he told me, but I think phentolamine is not allowed here in Europe. I am thinking about having a 3D CT a cavernosograohy of the penis, but I guess it could also be influenced by anxiety. I will ask the doctor to give me 6 month of tadalafil anda I will get phentolamine frontera China and see if it works. The issue is alpha blockers are not commercialised here, so the doctors wont recommend them

Hi, Simbarn! My doctor told me same thing. He believes that normal work of smooth muscle can prevent my not serious venous leak. Could you please elaborate what can I do to reactivate this muscle? If you are intersted in the whole story, you can find my first and only topic. Thanks!
