My advice is: You must not marry if you cannot tell your bride.
You definitely CAN marry and should marry if you love each other.
My reasoning: If your relationship is not strong enough to share important facts about yourself, it is not strong enough to support a "real" marriage. Exception would be if marriage is for reasons other than an intimate relationship (something like they did in the old days "Marriage of Convenience", to combine royal families, prevent wars, combine family fortunes, businesses, etc). If you love this woman, and she loves you, you owe it to her and to yourself to be honest. Secrets within a marriage spell doom.
Women are incredibly supportive and accepting if she feels respected, desired, trusted and safe. Keeping a secret of such importance undermines all those. Trust her.
Also note that good sex can still be had even without a working penis (unless there are religious, legal, moral etc reasons against using your hands, tongue or "toys" to satisfy your wife - and for her to satisfy you).
