Iam 30 years old..... My issue is a venous leak it is happened only for 8 months ago. Now i take cials 5 mg daily i have erection but not like before and goes down after seconds. And i get a hard erection only when i have high excitation or when only i masturbate with my hand but when my hands off it goes down after around 40 sec also morning erection is gone ni morning erection
Can i marry with my situation also i cant tell my wife about that issue.?
Is there anyone here married with a venous leak and doing well in sex life....?

My advice is: You must not marry if you cannot tell your bride.

You definitely CAN marry and should marry if you love each other.

My reasoning: If your relationship is not strong enough to share important facts about yourself, it is not strong enough to support a "real" marriage. It all boils down to maturity and courage.
