Anyone have venous leak and get married.?
Re: Anyone have venous leak and get married.?
No morning erections. Not sure what you mean by throbbing effect. But I lose my erections really quickly the moment I stop stimulating, so thought it would be a venous leak but now I don't know. Funnily enough I just had an answerphone message from the hospital and I might be having my Doppler ultrasound next week. Will keep you posted on the results.
British, 32 yrs old. ED caused by Paraphimosis in 2019. 100mg Sildenafil for sex. Trialled Invicorp as advised by doctor in 2021 but it was too strong. Taking 50mg-75mg of Sildenafil every night at 3am to stimulate morning erections, good response so far.

Hi Benjohn,
If I'm reading that correctly (PSV of 40 and EDV of 0), then means you have pretty much no blood flow issues. That usually means that the issue may lie in either hormone imbalance or lack of normal nervous response (which I think is probably the case, unless you have strong evidence of messed up hormone levels).

I'm coming to that conclusion too. Had testosterone levels checked and they are fine. So leaning towards it being a nerve problem. I know the Paraphimosis caused issues with blood flow, maybe the lack of oxygen killed some nerves. I don't know, clutching at straws really. Will see what my urologist has to say at my next appointment.

Had my Doppler ultrasound today, so gutted with the results . Doctor injected 10mcg of caverject and I got a very weak erection. He injected a further 5mcg and it was barely enough to do the test. Last time I had a Doppler ultrasound in February 2020 the injection worked perfectly. Looks like things have gotten worse quite quickly.
Anyway, the results were the same. No venous leak. Doctor seemed confused as to why I have erextile dysfunction and couldn't give me an explanation.
Looks like I'm on the homestraight to getting an implant in my early 30's

doesn't make much sense to me either.
Have your erection quality (while mastrubating) gotten noticeable worse since feb 2020?
Was your EDV measured to 0 this time around too?
Born 1995
Possibly VL since 16.
Experimenting with PGE1 injections
which occasionally works too good and other times,
too poorly. Confusing situation.

Yeah, EDV was 0 again. 100mg sidenefil used to work a treat this time last year but it doesn't work anymore. Strangely Invicorp works ridiculously well... Used it with the partner last week and I was still hard an hour after, had to hide it from the family at dinner So I was very surprised that caverject didn't work today. Nothing seems to make logical sense!

Re: Anyone have venous leak and get married.?
It is my understanding that the Invicorp combination drug (In some locations), along with alprostadil mono-mix preparations like Caverject are the only FDA approved injection therapies. I have no experience with the Invicorp aviptadil/phentolamine combination. However if it worked well for you and then the Caverject failed on the next go. I suspect you just missed the spot when you injected.
