Hi everyone. I’ve been dealing with some erectile dysfunction since I was 28—I’m 36 now—and I’ve been considering a semi-rigid prosthesis since medications don't work very well for me; I lose my erection when changing positions during sex, and even when I do get one, it’s only at about 70–80% rigidity. My concern is that, since I’m a "grower," using a malleable prosthesis might cause erosion or extrusion at the glans; maintaining my maximum size (approx. 5.9 inches) would require significant lengthwise pressure, or else I’d inevitably lose some size to avoid extrusion.
It has to be a semi-rigid prosthesis because I can't afford anything more expensive.
I’d appreciate it if someone could tell me whether this is true or not.
Thanks.
i´m grower and I have some questions.

Good news. The drs know how to prevent erosion with malleables. They just put in slightly shorter rods. Then the rods won't be causing erosion.
