Hey guys!
Update to my situation:
4 months ago i had an injury of my penis, the knee of a friend bent my erected penis to the left.
Since then i have a penis deviation to the left and cant hold my erection when im standing.
Taking 5mg Cialis showed some improvement of the ed, but just when im lying. Deviation didn't become better.
I had pain in the proximal left side of my penis, which is better at the moment.
The base of my penis feels loose and totally flexible, i can bend my penis to the left in erected state!
I consulted some urologists.
There are two kind of diagnosis: one says i have a torn penile suspensory ligament, the other says my symptoms are the result of a latent penis fracture (i had no bleeding or popping sound).
I will get a mrt scan of my penis and a doppler ultrasound for ruling out the penis fracture.
However the prognosis of operation doesnt seem to be good.
I dont know what to do.
It's a very difficult and depressing situation.
Maybe an implant is my only option. But im still so young (under 30), and here in Europe there aren't many specialists for an implant operation.
I try to deal with the situation as good as possible, but i i dont want to imagine never to have sex and be intimate with women.
Thats my story, i just wanted to share with you. I know many of us are in the same boat..and I admire the attitude of some guys here.
Maybe there are some guys with a similar story who have some tips for me or want to talk.
Are here young guys with an implant or who can recommend a specialist in Europe (especially in Germany, Austria or Switzerland)?
Best regards
Pyro
My story (Penisdeviation and ED)
Re: My story (Penisdeviation and ED)
Sorry to hear this Pyro but you know what you sound like and intelligent guy and you will find a solution.
I have just seen a sexual threapist and found it really helpful and realised if I didn't before the emotional impact of ED and how much your mental state plays.
You may have read my threads on the Scelrothreapy forum? After my recent opp I convinced myself I was impotent which caused a breakdown, since then I have been able to have sex on 4 out of 4 occasions over the last 2 weeks albeit on Vigra which was how it was previously.
I too lose my erections standing up quickly, however it hasn't stopped me so far so although easier said than done keep on thinking positive.
If you need an implant the best guy in the UK is David Ralph who's based in London. A friend of mind received an implant from him 2 years ago and couldn't be happier.
Hope this helps a little.
All the best

42 years old, Venous leak all my life. Pills worked but not so much then I foolishly did Scerothreapy (See young guys thread). Now totally impotent and just want an implant to stop me from completely crazy.
Re: My story (Penisdeviation and ED)
Gollam - is that a FrankTalk member (sounds similar to RugbyDave's case) or someone offline?
38 Years Old. HF symptoms since age 23 (tight pelvic floor).
Tried pills, sclerotherapy.
At about 40% function currently but reluctant to wait much longer for an implant.

Re: My story (Penisdeviation and ED)
Thanks for your answer, Gollam.
I have read your post about sclerotherapy.
How is your situation now? Do you regret the operation..or have you made some progress?
And can you maintain your erection longer now?
