Lifespan implant young guys

I am 37 and have venous leak due to trauma.
Pills are not affective don't want injections.
For people with the implant how long have most of you had it ..is there someone who has had the implant for more than 10 15 years...
37 yrs...ed due to single episode of trauma...had penile vein stripping... worst outcome ever..now trying towards an implant
