24 Years old, Peyronie's, moderate ED.

Hi all, i'm a newbie in this forum.
Long story short, here's my situation: until my 20 years old, i was pornstar-like: perfect penis, bigger than average in both lenght and girth, perfect EQ, (i could last for hours, seriously), and i f*cked many many great girls.
Then at 20 years old something strange happened: my penis began, in "semi - erect state", to curve a little bit. And sometimes (like 1/10 of the times), my penis looked like weaker when having sex, giving me some really mild ED problems.
Since that moment, over the years my situation got progressively worse. The little problems with EQ became larger problems, the curve was not only in semierect state but began to show even in full erection.
I know that this sounds ridicolous but now, at 24 years old, i have got a 10 degrees curve to the left while in full erection. Nothing to worry about, you would say.
But, even if it is still really small, it is slowly progressing in years, and the cures i tried didn't seem to stop its progression.
The more this fibrosis progresses, the more problem i have with my erections.
Even if many urologists that i went to say that "venous leakage doesn't exists", i strongly believe that they are liars. I studied a lot the venous leakage and i came to the conclusion that i have a "moderate" venous leakage: i can get a full erection if stimulated, but it is hard to get, it's necessary a lot of work, and penis stays up for 10-15 seconds, then it begins to go down really fast. As you may understand, this is really ridicolous because during sex (i dont do sex since 1 year).. it would be ridicolous to lose the erection with apparently no reason and it takes like 5 mins to get it hard again.
Furthermore, my morning woods did not show since years: sometime, in the morning my penis is a little bit "engorged", but it's not a full erection as it should be.
It's for sure not a severe venous leak, but it's there and it's "moderate". And as long as months and years go on, it is getting worse and worse. The less good erections you have, the worse it will get of course.
And that's my story. At the moment i am not taking cialis or viagra because i can't afford it, i'm only a student. I am using a VED to let the blood flow inside my penis a little bit during the day. I am also taking Pentoxyphilline 400mg twice a day, and Coenzyme Q10 300mg once a day.
This shit ruined my life, but i'm grateful and proud to be part of this community, i am sure i will get a lot of help and understanding.
