Hi All,
I posted before and was told I needed more detailed bloodwork, so I went away and got them. So my last steroid cycle was 4 years ago (Anavar ), i'm 29. I have always seemed to suffer with ED since taking steroids and stopped taking steroids because of it; whether it dying inside her or not being hard enough to go in. This is destroying every relationship I have and ruining my life now so please help if you can . However I always wake up with rock solid hard ons etc so it is confusing.
My questions are:
1) How do my bloods seem can anyone analyse them a bit, they seem like the problem here I think?
2) Will a pct help? Or any other drugs?
2) Who do I need to see now, an Endocrinologist?
Im UK based so think I would have to go through my GP they put me through to erection specialist but all they do is give you some viagra, cialis etc which can help sometimes but has not helped last few times and doesn't help my root problem. Or is there any private clinics or USA specialist phone appointments I can do?
The number on the right is what they would class as normal.
Follicile-Stimulating Hormone (FSH)
FSH 2 IU/L (2-12)
Lutenising Hormone (LH)
LH 3 IU/L (2-9)
Prolactin (PRL)
Prolactin 227 mU/L < 401
Sex Hormone Binding Glob. (SHB)
14.8 nmol/L (14.0-48.0)
Testosternone (TES)
Testosterone 11.5nmol/L (8.6-29.0)
I do have slightly high cholesterol as well. However my weight is fine 172lbs (12 stone 2) and 1.85 metres tall (6 foot 1). Thanks.

Your blood work looks perfect. Few comments:
- Do you watch porn? if yes, please quit, forever.
- Do you masturbate? if yes, please quit. Only touch your penis to pee and to wash it.
- Are you stressed in one way, shape or form?
- Are you taking anti-depressant?

Thanks so much for your reply. I have been told my FSH is really low? And my test is really low for my age?
I dont watch porn, Im not stressed and not on anti depressants, does the no masturbating trick work?

Not sure if FSH is a factor if your testosterone is okay.
I'm not a doctor, but I've gone through this path for years.
How is your libido?

At this point, it sounds neurological and/or psychological. It is not organic as it appears.
Can you ask your GP to try Dopamine agnostic treatment, such as Cabergoline?
If the GP does not prescribe it, try the supplement "Alpha GPC".
How is your libido?

Thanks Medhatg.
Regarding Caber, my Prolactin levels are fine in the readings.
Thanks for recomendding Alpha, do you have a link for this? I cant seem to find it online.
What have you found works for you over the years? I have just ordered the below products.
L Ornithine
Acetyl L Carnitine
Glycine
L-arginine
ZMA

My theory is that your use of Steroids has messed up your neurotransmitter balance. Dopamine agnostic such as Cabergoline could help with that. You do not need to have an issue with Prolactin to use Dopamine agnostics. Some Doctors are deck-heads and would not prescribe medication off the label. Also, it appears that Alpha GPC is by prescription in Europe, but it is considered a supplement is North America.
My story is quite different. I had ED over the years due to Prolactinoma. I tried every thing and I ended up having a penile implant which I and my wife are very happy with.

It is much more likely that his HPTA is "messed up" rather than "neurotransmitters ".
His gonadotropin's are low as is his total T. Anabolic steroid cycles can cause the HPTA to get stuck in a lower mode of operation. As I mentioned to you, find a good doctor experienced in restart protocols. This happens to many males who use steroids.
Don't confuse the issue with drugs that may cause more problems, especially if you have no symptoms of depression.
Don't get caught up in the "no masturbation" unscientific nonsense. Masturbation is good for all men as it helps blood flow in the penile tissues and aids in maintenance of smooth muscle and endothelial health. The last thing you need is to limit oxygen supply to the tissues in the penis.

Masturbating and watching porn are completely normal. My testosterone has to be on the high end of normal.
