Iam 29 years old, for 6 months ago I was very good for erection and I had excellent morning erection every day. Last time I was doing a masturbation it was like a fraction of my penis. When I did that I suddenly lost my erection and I felt a high pain inside my penis for a weak. After that I noticed my erection is so bad and to get it I need to stimulate it by my hand for a time to get good erection and my morning was gone. After a month I did some medical investigations all my hormones are good no sugar no fats no pressure and my weight is ideal but my ultrasound duplex showed a mild degree of venous leak. Now iam so depressed from my life I hate myself and everything every day I wish to die from this. My wedding was in Oct. 2020 and I canceled it till I teat my self but I can't wait more bcz I don't tell anyone for what happened to me. Anyone know what can I do? Anyone got that ED issue and treated from it? Is that permenant? I don't feel anything different in my penis except when I started erection it dump like a heart every second like a blood escape and pumped inside si What happened to my penis? Is it veins or erectile tissue issue?

First, did you see a sexual medicine specialist? Many men recover from penile fractures. Please stop masturbating.
Where do you live. Do not despair.
I am not even sure you fractured your penis. Did a doctor tell you this?

Yea and some tell me it's mental and one said it's bcz some fibrosis occured on tunica albuginea (just his imagination no test prove that) and the other tell me it's may be Congential but how and all my last days i got erection fast and hard in any time. Iam from Egypt.
IS there any way to treat that? I tried cials but it's effect not stable only 2 days for a 6 months I got some good but most days I can't feel anything.

Is venous leak degree increase with time?? Please any advices:(

Could you describe your symptoms?

No morning erection and hard to get spontanous erection. when my penis erect i feel it moves down and up usually and not hard enough. Hand stimulation need to acheive a hard erection and lose it fast
