Please help guys I'm freaking the fuck out.

I have severe ed and loss of sensation in my genitals right now due to two reasons-- first is a tight and weak pelvic floor. the second is because of some weird nerve issue in my lower abs (haven't quite been able to diagnose this issue yet).

I tried viagra yesterday and happily it worked. I orgasmed twice, but the second time my penis felt very numb. This morning, I woke up with my genitals feeling numb again.... I usually have lack of sensation and low libido which is probably due to the pelvic floor issues, but now i can see that it's starting to get WORSE, and my guess is due to the nerve issues........

Does anyone know what the FUCK is happening??!? Am I going to completely lose sensation in my genitals even if i get an implant? Please help guys I'm freaking out

I have the exact same issue. I believe its due to something called neuropathic POTS. Did you by any chance ever take any new drugs, vaccines, etc that you weren't really knowledgeable about before the ED problems started. That likely could be what caused it. Havent seen many people with this condition. Not really sure what the future look's like as mine literally just started in the last week.

Did you ever jelq? That tends to cause this

I've seen some guys that used SSRI developing genital numbness. It's a condition called PSSD.
I don't know if it's your case, though.
