Hi All,

Looking for some advice 34 and having major difficultys for last 2 years ,

Was using pills but they have stopped working , thinking about penile implant,

I'm concerned however that I'm not fixing the root cause of problem as outside of loss of morning erections , I have also lost sensation and the amount of sperm I ejaculate has become tiny ,

Speaking with medical staff seems to be fruitless ,

I can can understand the penile implant will sort erection ,but am concerned that the lack of sensation and sperm will mean sex will be eternally joyless,

They don't do the doppler test in Ireland anymore which is frustrating as at least I would be able to determine a cause ,I'm concerned that there is more going on considering loss of sperm , sensation and blood flow and that I'm just going to fix one part of problem

Any advice appreciated extremely confused and nearly afraid to speak to medics at this stage as they make me so angry ,

I am a victim of SSRIs but I have sensation and I can orgasm. the problem is I have lost my sex-drive (libido) and I can't get a spontaneous erection during the day. I am not sure that it is the depression or anxiety which kills my sex and erection or it is due to stopping SSRIs without tapering. Sometimes I go through this section to see whether there are other people like me, has received an implant, or does implant would help me if the pill and injection fail one day? since I am only forty and in good shape. Any information please share with me.

I have PFS, which is very similar if not nearly identical to SSRI dysfunction. Also young and in shape.

I also have sensations and can orgasm still. But I also have ED and very low sex drive. I can get an erection with pills, but they are not consistent, which leads to less than optimal sex.

I've decided that an implant is my best route. I've dealt with this mess for 15+ years, time to start living my life again.

Just wanted to say I'm 34 and I'm here with you brother. Sometimes to helps to know that you're not in the boat alone

Do any of you suffer from psychological Ed rather than physical ?
