Implant at the age of 23.

Hi everyone.
I am 23 now and I am considering an implant as the pills do not work for me, maybe I will also try injections before an implant. Are there any guys who were implanted at the age of 20-25? How do you like with the implant? Can you do the sport activities such as football, running, swimming and other? Do you have any difficulties while traveling? What do you think about the possible replacements of the implant? I am actually scared of lots of replacements of the implant and the increased infection possibility after each surgery.

There are many guys here that got implanted from 19 to 30 yo. Minnesota and Tortao are two of them. Just use the search function.
If you need one, just get it and you’ll be happy! Don’t worry about the replacements, implants will improve in the future.

Hey man, 23yo here. Was just implanted 3 weeks ago. Pills and trimix injections weren't giving me the results I needed, so I decided to bite the bullet and get the implant. Recovery is uncomfortable but it's well worth know that, barring catastrophe, I'll be able to perform just as a 23yo man should be able to.

Hey guys! I'm also 23, and suffering from a venous leak. Have been pretty devastated these last few months. It looks like the only two choices for me are long term injections which suck, or implant which I would prefer as it allows for a more normal spontaneous sex life, but an implant may be financially unfeasible for as they are not covered by public healthcare where I live.

I'm living in a moderately wealthy European country, is all I'm willing to say for the time being, sorry! I'm pretty anxious to guard my privacy and don't want to reveal too much might share more in the future.

If it was just the cost of revision surgery every 10 to 15 years it wouldn't be a problem but I'm terrified of reading accounts of people who have had 3 - 4 implants in the span of just a few years. I'm really hoping they come up with more durable models in the near future, or maybe tissue engineering will become an option in 10 or more years.

hahahaha You don´t have to worry about your privacy here. All of us are here for the same rason like you. But, I only wanted to ask you if you are from Spain because I can tell you about the ways we have in spain to get an implant.

I'm not living in Spain no, I guess privacy really doesn't matter here. I'm from Finland.

Hey guys, 24 here, been dealing with ED since my late teens. I was diagnosed with a venous leak a couple of years ago. I’ve tried the pills and I can have sex standing up, but as soon as I lie down it’s game over. I haven’t tried injections because I just don’t think it’s feasible for me to live anchored to a fridge for years / my whole life, plus all the other standard reasons. I’m on the fence about the implant because I can still have sex naturally, even if it’s mediocre. On the other hand, I want to be able to perform and not have to worry about this ever again. The number of replacements that might be needed do concern me, and I’m sure the first surgery will be a serious psychological rollercoaster. My sex life has basically been on pause because of this, and time doesn’t stop for anybody. I will keep you updated.

Hey man, I am 31 and got my implant 6 months ago. I was your age when my ED started and I should've gotten the implant then instead of wasting 7 more years avoiding sex because my dick didn't work. Now of course I can have sex whenever I want. Let me know if you have any questions
