I am reluctant to get the pump because its non reversible. You loose your normal ability to get erections.
27 Diabetic, 240lbs weight.
I have tried viagra and cialis. They help but not that much. I am about 70% erect and its gone quickly without stimulation.
Sometimes I get morning wood which is nice.
I have tried PRP and gains wave. I think they are helping, but not sure. I got my 3rd PRP shot last week.
My doctor checked for low-t and he said it was normal but on the low end of normal.
what should I do? go for the implant or try TRIMIX? or maybe testosterone?
I am on the verge of giving up.

Definitely try injections if you can stomach the idea of sticking a needle in your dick. I think it's important to be honest with yourself... When you say "you lose your normal ability to get erections", you must have already lost that ability or you wouldn't be here. The implant is a great option and definitely will give you a great future full of sex with whoever you want.

If you meant primary care physician when you mentioned "doctor" you are working with wrong person. You need to find a good urologist to help you with your ED issues. He/She will start with a penile Dopler to look at the arteries and veins in your penis and advise you afterward on moving forward.

I did go to a urologist. Didnt use a penile doppler.
Just made me pee in some machine while attached to some ekg stuff in my abdomen.
