What answers do you want? I tried. I had better response with sildenafil. Anyway i need implant.

It worked great for me for about 5 years. I took one with my multivitamin every day. Get tadalafil. It's the generic version.

Did you just use daily or move up to 10/20mg?

For me never worked well. I never had good penetrative sex in my life. I tried 20 mg tadalafil with 100 mg sildenafil but effect was not good enough.

I eventually had to start using 10mg. You're not supposed to take the higher prescriptions daily. So, I had to start trying to anticipate sex. Quite often I wouldn't take one Sunday through Wednesday since it was rare the wife wanted sex on those days Work, kids, etc... kept us busy and tired. I'd take one 10mg Thursday, Friday and then Saturday. This got me another 2-3 years. By the time I needed 20mg my self-esteem was shot, and my confidence was gone so 20mg was never really effective.

That's what I'm afraid of. 10mg worked amazingly and too well for me. 5mg works so intrigued if 2.5mg will do. Sorry to hear. How are the injections?

What's causing your ED?
Doppler test showed venous leak. Then i had Angio CT. It showed i have veins malformation. I have undeveloped veins in my penis.
