Hello all,
I have a severe loss of rigidity, and even when taking 20mg cialis I am not able to get rigid. I have some penile pain and horuglassing.
This all stemmed from a masturbation injury in late 2020, I went back to back and felt a sting resulting in hourglass , and hard flaccid like symptoms. Then I panicked and searched for advice- I found neoman's videos on youtube and began to stretch on the penis "manual traction" they call it. This created penile pain and loss of rigidity. This was in august 2021. Things have not gotten better. I am currently trying shockwave right now and I absolutely refuse to do trimix. I have a girlfriend and we just dont have sex.. sometimes I eat her out.
What do the fine gentlemen on this forum think I should do? What else should I try? I consulted with Dr Eid in New York and he put me in contact with young men that have gotten an implant with him. I called the men and none of them seemed to regret the implant, however they all stress to try everything else possible before doing it. I am only 21 so I am definetly worried about revision surgeries. Id like to not get the implant if possible however, I am open to it.
I was told maybe to try Prp, TRT, or stem cells by on of these guys on the phone. What is left for me to try? ( I refuse to do trimix. )

You could very well have hard flaccid. Look at the new forum. Rule it out before doing anything else.

Have you tried Trimix yet? I know it says you will never but just wondering if you decided to do it

never say never g/f might get tired of not having sex .. try trimx ..if it fails weigh your last option which would be an implant .. you already consulted one of the best surgeons in the country ..

Definitely let the implant be your last resort, try the trimix, it is not as bad as people fear. But whatever let the implant be your last resort.
