Venous leak?

So ive been struggling with ED for many years.
I cant get an erection on my own at all.
Been taking cialis for 2-3 days and managed a 90% erection with just underwear pics but wasnt insanelt turned on.
I also had morning wood this morning but only because i was lying on my side. If i moved, its died straight away.
My erections if i get them are position dependant.
My last full erection without any pills was back in February this year.
Is this venous leak or am i overthinking it?

Hi Gavalar09,
To get the answer you will need to see a uro and get tested. As I understand it, the leak is just that, a leak, you get hard as the blood enters but it starts to soften because the blood flow will start to leak out. With the 90% erection, did it stay erect? the residual drug can possibly give you morning wood, another FT member has mentioned that with the daily cialis he experiences occasional morning wood.

It stayed for a few minutes whilst i lay on my side. Died down as i lay on my side.
3 months ago i could have sex with an 80% erection for about 25 minutes with one 5mg cialis in my system.
Was getting 100% hard with a blowjob 3 months ago too with one 5mg cialis.
Shaft feels hard but not the glans.

I'll answer your question with another question. If it isn't a venous leak? What could it be.
I'm pretty sure that if you was to tell those symptoms to an American urologist that deals in ED. He'd write venous leak in your chart. They've seen it so many times that they'll diagnose it from the symptoms rather than waste money testing for it.
I don't know what country that you live in. But at least in my case in the USA. No testing was needed.
