Hi All, I am new to this group, looking for symptoms of venous leakage. I am very afraid of venous leakage. I am not able to sleep. My story is that I had performance anxiety and one day I couldn’t perform, I came home and then checked myself masturbating, I was able to masturbate. I got very afraid. Now I am afraid that If I go for long foreplay, my erection will go down. Max I am
Able to have foreplay for around 8 mins. And I can have penetration sex without any fear. Max I can go for 15 mins of penetration sex. I don’t use any pills. Can I have venous leakage? Let's look at some facts.

Most penetrative sex lasts on average 5 minutes.

Most men over 30 don't get random erections without stimulation and some don't get morning wood.. This doesn't equal ED.

If you can get and keep an erection for over 5 minutes you certainly dont have VL if you can keep it over 30 seconds it's highly unlikely.

VL is quite unusual. And it presents itself much more profoundly.

ED is when the cannot get or keep an erection long enough to have sex most of the time. Not losing it after 5 minutes or not being quite as hard as before.

Still scared, I got health anxiety now. I am also thinking if the blood stays in the penis for 5 mins, so that means it has the capability of holding the blood.

It’s been 2 months of my marriage, I am able to have sex everyday, even 3 rounds, with full erection, it’s just that i am not able to have long foreplay just because of the fear it can go down, max i have been able to go for 8 mins, after that i start feeling that i should penetrate because of the fear. So i am not able to validate that whether i have VL or not

Yeah but I saw people here who can maintain for 5-6 mins using their hand stimulation who have VL, and they are able to masturbate. So I got afraid.
