Confused/anxious about Doppler results

Hey everyone, I recently had a Doppler exam done but I'm unsure of some of the results. For some background, I've had ED for a few years now. I don't get morning wood or spontaneous erections, but sometimes wake up with a nocturnal erection. I've been able to penetrate but sometimes lose my erection during sex and I have trouble reaching orgasm.

During the exam, my doctor injected me with alprostadil (I believe 10 mL) and I self-stimulated for a few minutes, but I failed to respond to the medication and get a full erection (I probably got 80% there). I was very anxious and my heart was pounding during the entire exam. I lost the erection pretty quickly, but my doctor was still able to take measurements.

He reported a PSV of 110 and EDV of 5.6. He told me the cutoff for veno-occlusive disorder (venous leak) was 5.0 EDV, but said that my EDV was high due to the anxiety of the test.

For more context, he wrote:

Erectile dysfunction -- not secondary to arterial insufficiency but mild venous occlusive disease. I suspect this is more due to the anxiety of the doppler as he did not have a quality erection. He has excellent arterial flow but did not keep the erection very long. His resistance index is still good even with mildly elevated diastolic values
.

I guess I'm still worried that I have venous leak despite reading what the doctor has to say, since I couldn't maintain an erection during the test. Has anyone else ran into this problem when doing a Doppler? What did you find out and what would you recommend as next steps? Thank you.
