24 years old, single. Two years ago, I suffered a complete L1 spinal cord injury. Since then, there has been no erection or sensation in the penis. Unfortunately, my country does not have good health services, especially with regard to andrology . Penile implants are not available. and there are no surgeons who can provide the operation. I tried PDE tablets on an impromptu basis without a prescription, but I did not find any noticeable results. It seems that I am in a bad situation and need some advice.

Have you tried injections like Caverject or Trimix?

I don't know about these injections but my neurologist told me that erection injections are not good in the long run they can damage the penile tissue and he told me a story of a man who took these injections and ended up with priapism and I also heard that they are very expensive

It's true that they can cause internal scar tissue over time inside the penis. You have to decide if that's worth it for the ability to have sex again.

The idea is that I want to get married but sex doesn't really matter to me because I can't feel my penis and there is no ejaculation. But as a wife we need sex for the marriage to continue so I can't get married until I have a guaranteed erection. If I get married and don't have an erection it will end in divorce and legal problems in court.

So back to my first recommendation, I'd try injections. Or you could get a VED with construction rings and see if that works for you.

ZEN, there might be another possible solution coming for ED caused by spinal cord injury and that's something called Comphya CaverStim:
https://comphya.com/I can't really tell the price of that thing right now as it's still in the makings, but it seems to be coming sooner than later and you might want to track how the development of the device progresses. You're alive and you'll be rocking girls' dreams one day and that's what really matters.

Looks promising but I need a quick fix in the short term.
