Venous Leak Changes To The Penis

I developed venous leak 2 years ago after taking dutasteride to treat hair loss. Since then my penis mutated.

It often feels squishy, empty, light and less substantial. It's almost like the contents inside the penis have disintegrated. It's most weak and soft and fragile at the base. I'm due to get an implant soon.

Has anyone else ever experienced the horrors of a skinnier flacid penis, a light squishy empty penis with no substance in it? Is it common enough to have those symptoms with venous leak?
