How many people get an implant at age 40?

Postby Wladyslaw » Mon May 01, 2017 4:31 pm

Hello,
I am 39 years old, I have ED and PD. I'm wondering whether to go to implant or wait yet. I have to pay for the implant because the insurance in my country does not pay for it.

You could very likely end up with an implant in the end so why not go for it now and save all the grief that comes with trying all the other shit that is out there. If, of course, you can afford it. Mine was covered so I don't know how expensive it is.

I think a lot of people, even younger, would have had it done if they had known about it... I sure as hell would have. :)

33 and implanted.
Don't regret it for a second.

Was fortunate my insurance covered it after I hit my max deductible of $3500 (USD).

Knowing the procedure and device can be $20-$35k makes it a difficult situation to be in. That's not a small loan to take out either but I would have if I had to. Any chance a doctor could work with your insurance to prove you need the implant?

Cheers
