Anyone know what it is like to have implant AND suffer from PE? My local uro thanks PE would improve because of the mental boost knowing that erection is not to be lost. PE along with retrograde ejaculation from TURP is unique to say the least, couple that with implant, well I just wonder how it will net out.

Now that I have an implant, my P.E. (while still there) is extended well past the 5-10 minute range (one-two minute range or even seconds was the norm before).

The mental boost your uro mentions is absent in my experience/mind. I don't have that. What I do have is merely the ability to stay erect inside my lover for, essentially, ever.

I do experience an energy drop after I orgasm. But that is a different matter entirely, as is the occasional leg cramp which we laugh about. If I have to disengage to massage the leg or change position, my erection remains and we can return to coitus easily. Change positions, resume where we left off, whatever we want.

PE is a complete non-issue now.

I can completely relate with all of you. I think I was more like seconds compared to minutes and it was my entire life. There were times I would lose it before entry even happened just because of how super sensitive I am.

I also have retrograde ejaculation because of being a type I diabetic. I had the PE for a long time before the retrograde ever became an issue. For me the only bad part about the retrograde is that you don't really see yourself orgasm which I guess isn't really that bad since I am so sensitive it is obvious that I have had one.

I just had an IPP on May 10 so not very far along into the process but I am excited to see if the PE is better or do I just keep going after I orgasm. I am worried that if the PE continues to exist and I can still continue will my sensitivity make me stop for a second to regain my composure but who knows. I did. One night, (thank god it was with my wife), we had pretty lengthy foreplay, and I always make her orgasm during foreplay, just in case.
