Does Paroxetine cause weaker erections?

I have taken Viagra for 10 years, for ED. The Viagra works 80-90% time to have intercourse.
Three years ago I started taking 10 mg daily Paroxetine (Paxil) to help with PE.
Without Paroxetine, I would cum in couple minutes. With Paroxetine (taken daily), I can hold off until my wife comes, guessing about 10 minutes.
The problem is I have to limit thrusting in order not cum, and then my wife complains she cant feel anything.
We are at the point now that she doesnt want sex, because its too disappointing for her.
My question, You that have take SSRI for delayed ejaculation, have you noticed weaker erections?
I am at the point now that although I usually can get erect taking Viagra. It seems that since taking Paroxetine, I have weaker erections, which limits myself to one position, which further frustrates my wife.

PS. After dealing with erection issues now for over 10 years, I am scheduled to start Trimix injections in about 6 weeks (that's how long its taking to see urologist).
I am hopeful these injections will allow a good strong erection for 30-60 minutes. Without the ED or PE issues that I struggle with. Right now this only seems like a dream come true.

I suspect the injections will help with the issues you've described. With the proper mix and dose you should physically be able to continue performing even after a PE climax. You should consider using alternative methods to make sure your wife gets off prior to moving on to PIV (actual copulation).
Good luck.

You could always use a constriction band. Since you're able to get an erection, without using a VED, just slip it on when you're ready for PIV sex (don't leave it on longer than 20-30 minutes) and even if you orgasm before she does it will allow you to continue, keeping the blood trapped in your penis (if you have it sized correctly), until you remove it. Worth a try.

Yes any SSRI can be bad for sex.
Try to reduce Paroxetine dose or take only when need (sex day).
Daily 10mg Paroxetine gives me delayed ejaculation and erection issues. Lower (and / or another days) dose improves.
- Acute SSRI dosing improve sex (5-HT receptors activation)
- Chronic SSRI dosing decrease sex (5-HT receptors desensibilization)

The other night my wife brought up that we are not having sex. And how that the lack of sex is (very) difficult for her.
Although earlier this month she told me that because of (my) the ED/PE she's not interested in sex. It's too disappointing.
In her mind the sex failure rate is around 50%. Although I have actually tracked it with a diary at 85%+ success rate. (less that 15% failure). Success being where we end up PIV and she has an orgasm from PIV.
I answer to the suggestions:
Unless I have a strong erection, I will give her Oral sex at least 10-15 minutes, until she either comes or wants PIV.
I have used a cock ring for at least 10 years. After I ejaculate, I can continue trusting for maybe a minute or less.
I have tried cutting back Paroxetine. But PE returns.
At this point I'm hopeful the injections will work.

As author of this post, I am happy to report that Trimix continues working even after ejaculation.
Using Trimix, I find I am re-learning how to have sex.
1. With Trimix erections occur in 5-15 minutes. No more waiting 30+ minutes for viagra to start working.
2. Erections last 1+ hours, previously even with controlled masturbation I could last maybe 20 minutes, and with real sex 5-10 minutes.
3. Erections hold after ejaculation, which mean I no longer have to hold back.
4. All those sex positions that didnt work because of weak erections are now possible. Now I just need to build my body endurance!
5. I dont know if its related, but in the relationship with my wife, she seems happier and more content.

I've used Trimix for about 2 months, accounting for about 10 injections. Hence I'm rather new to using injections.
As I've mentioned with the penile injections I feel like I am relearning how to have sex. Meaning several things:
1. On several masturbation trimix trial usages (practices for learning how injections work and not self pleasure, although it felt good) I can easily hold erection for an hour or more.
2. After ejaculation, the erection holds. The Penis is not quite as sensitive, since I no longer have the urge to ejaculate. And the erection is maybe 10% weaker but full adequate for PIV sex. After ejaculation, the feeling is different. There's no urgency to hold off. Its also different in that there's no really big climax. But feels good none the less.
3. Once when I first used trimix (with my wife) I made the mistake of stopping thrusting. Leaving my wife quite frustrated and upset. Lesson learned, never leave her unsatisfied if at all possible.
4. I have yet to come twice in a session, My refractory period is not like it was years ago.
