Singing praises for Trimix

I’m 57; and have had PE since I was young, then developed BPH and some ED over the last fifteen years or so. Early this year, I learned about testosterone replacement therapy which has been awesome for a number of reasons, but didn’t resolve either my PE or my ED as I had hoped and some said it would. Over the years, I regretted being unable to perform longer, and in the last couple of years maintenance of an erection was increasingly elusive.
Viagra and the like worked more or less, but the side effects made it difficult to enjoy the fun. A couple of weeks ago, I just had to rule that out. (It's really hard to perform when I can't breathe...
My urologist wrote me a prescription for trimix two weeks ago, but there was little orientation, and no in-office checkflight. I had read that a ‘dry run’ (excuse the pun) in the Dr.’s office would be typical, so I wanted to know more before I used it. There are a number of sites with varying levels of useful advice, but franktalk.org is superior in that users are actively participating, the content is current, and a wide variety of topics are well-handled.
Anyway, I'm not using Trimix EVERY time, but using it most of the time. My wife and I get together sexually about 3x/week. Suffice it to say these things:
a) It works, and perhaps even a little more aggressively than I expected. I've had to cut the starting dose of 0.2ML in half after having a 4-hour erection.
b) It works, and it's worth noting that SHE felt the difference.
c) It works, and I certainly felt the difference. I've used it once in a solo situation to see what all was going on, and while I was the same length as always, I have MUCH more girth than EVER. (Ref.: Paragraph b)
d) It works, and while I still came earlier than I would like, I can keep going for quite some time. (Don't recommend a 4-hour marathon, however.)
e) It works, and while I was a little squeamish about the whole needle-into-penis thing... it's really about painless and quite easy to do.
f) Did I mention that it works?
