I had implant surgery in late October 2020. Things seems to be working fine. I'm pumping 2 or 3 times a day and trying to recover the loss of length and girth. I'm not sure if I have made any progress on that so far.
So, I'm interested in knowing how long it takes after surgery before and if I should expect some length and girth back.
Also, interested in how to communicate to new (random) sex partners about the implant. Do most people just wait and see if they ask about it or tell them up front. My biggest concern is the hard pump in by scrotum will not be mistaken for a testicle. How have other communicated to new sex partners about the implant.
Thanks

Re: New sex partners
At this point, you’re putting needless wear and tear on implant. Only pump up for sex.
I have had mine for almost 4 yrs. it took about a year for max length....
But cycling at this point isn’t going to help.
Make your implant a medical reason, which it was for getting in the first place. Most women are understanding, and if they aren’t, dump them!

Re: New sex partners
I don't think you are putting too much stress, but I would give yourself time 'heal' after you pump, so just pump once a day.
As for telling your new partner, I too have asked myself that several times. I would say give it time to spring it on him. He may be open to you having an implant, then again, he may not.
As for one nighters, I say don't say anything, just fuck!

Re: New sex partners
I have been married for thirty six years. My wife and I fuck quite a bit and are very sexually active. She obviously knows I have an implant. It has never been a negative in any way shape form or fashion! We never even discuss it except to say how good our last fuck was to each other! I just celebrated my one year anniversary on getting my implant. There has not been any reason to focus on my implant in any negative way. I think your attitude about an implant has everything to do with how much discussion it needs to be in a relationship. My wife and I talk about everything but we don’t make my implant a topic all the time there is simply no need to focus on it! It works like any other dick does. It fucks perfect and my wife loves it!

Re: New sex partners
Hi
Received my implant in Oct. 2019
Since that time I have been with a couple(2) of great women and
my on again off again boyfriend.
When we had sex not one of them noticed other than to state that they
never had been with a guy that stayed as hard as I did after cumming.
I would pump it up 70%just before getting naked then go in the bathroom
under pretense of going pee and finish pumping to 100%.
I finally told them all and one woman couldn't handle it while the rest said it was fine
but wished they were the reason I was so hard.

Please share with us the reason the one woman could not handle it. There are plenty of men who feel they need to hide the fact they have an implant (not to mention injections and pills). Knowing at least one woman's reasoning might add to everyone's understanding of the issues women bring to the table (or bed).
Also, it is understandable that a person would feel encouraged by their partner's spontaneous erection. But I always wonder how much of that is lost when a partner knows the erection is aided or enhanced by "artificial" help.

Not true about cycling. I was not told how long to cycle for. When my tubing moved to the posterior, my surgeon had a CT Scan done. He told me we had to go back to the OR. But the good news is that since I was cycling twice a day almost every day, for 30 minutes, my anatomy had stretched. My surgeon took me from a 15 to an 18. My wife loves it.

If it were me, I would wait until after. Find out if she had a good time and then spring it on her. Tell her the best part is that you can go until you are physically exhausted, It's hard for you to tell and would be hard for them to imagine how they would feel. If you wait until after your first sexual encounter, a lot of questions will be answered.
