Married but interested in men

Most times, ED is ED. But sometimes, concerns are going to be different.

I have always been attracted to men. I got married in my twenties and started a family and never acted on it. Finally had my first m2m contact this past December. I loved it and have been with several men since. I am bi and still married on the dl. I stopped hooking up with men about a month ago. The urge is still strong but trying to abstain from sex with men.
53 mwm ED for 10 years, Viagra and Cialis doesn’t work anymore. Low T, on TRT Jatenzo pill.

This is refreshing to hear. I've always been gay, and have not realized how many straight men actually do carry some same sex attractions and would do something given the right circumstances. I always thought women were the more sexually fluid in terms of having same sex experiences and guys were a bit more one or the other. Sure I am aware there are plenty of bisexual men out there, but maybe there are more than lean 75/25 straight/gay or some percentage than I figured. Hopefully in the future they won't be as stigmatized for those thoughts as society still tends to do.

Yes, I too believe there are a lot more men out there with this urge or secret. I can’t believe that I waited until my 50s to act on it. I so wish I had experienced this in my twenties before marriage.

Human sexuality exists on a spectrum. Bisexual people may experience only a little, some, conditional or extreme sexual attraction to individuals of the same sex. Take it from me, there are a great number of married, straight identifying men who engage in sex with other men.

PrEP don't protect from everything you know. Also I wonder what are the long term effects of being on those medications?

I'm HIV+ going on 23 years and have been on the two drugs in PrEp (Truvada) plus a third drug. Truvada is two drugs coformulated in one pill. One of the drugs (tenofovir) can be hard on your kidneys though most people tolerate it very well. My doctor always runs a lab test on my kidney function every year. So far I have seen no long-term effects, except staying alive and healthy. If there are any adverse effects of PrEP they are better than being infected with HIV.

I have kidney issues but started on Truvada. My Dr monitors my bloodwork every quarter. Yes my kidney function dropped a bit. I moved to Descovy. A bit better for the kidney function.

There is a new shot that replaces Truvada and Descovy. Given every 2 months and supposedly by-passes the kidneys.
