Gay Frank Talk members?

Most times, ED is ED. But sometimes, concerns are going to be different.

Hey Guys,

I’ve been a member for a few weeks and have been replying to posts and taking part in discussions in the chat room. I’m amazed at how open, honest, generous, and kind everyone is here.

51, NYC, married, with my husband 24 years, figuring out how to make my dick work as well as it can. Currently on trimix & a cockring. Keeping an open mind about an implant when the time comes.

Feel free to get in touch via PM if you’d like to chat. I find the connections I’ve made here in just a few short weeks really helpful. So much great information and an amazing bunch of men caring for one another.
55yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.

Welcum Paul. At three months implanted, you must be inflating and using your new hard dick. An exciting time, however you celebrate. After years of failure, I get a compensatory kick out of being a geriatric stud. At the bathhouse many bottoms just want a hard dick up the ass, and my age is not a barrier. This implant adventure is eloquently described and pictured in this blog: http://rugbydave.blogspot.com
He has done us a great service. My experience accords with his. Enjoy.

Love your dick but you need to trim the bush.

I got turned down by one surgeon because I was upfront about wanting implant for male anal sex. So I found another who did the operation. If you are in a place with few urological surgeons, just lie and say it is for your girlfriend.

Hopefully the Urologist is one who focuses on sexual health and function, not just general urology.

As far as lying about sexual preference, I find it is best to be completely honest with my health care professionals and if you are working with one prejudiced against certain practices, find another who is not.

Finding another specialist in a small/rural center may prove impossible or require a wait of months.

The bush obscures the scar on the top side of base of dick. Some implants are done from underside. How does the surgeon decide where to go in?

In small centers you may not have much choice of specialists. One can travel to the major implant doctors if you can afford it.

I'm Alex 69 in North Port Fl. I feel like I'm the only one around here. If there is someone else in the same situation please let me know. Thank you.

Beautiful dick but would look even better if you trimmed the bush a bit.

Bi in Nebraska, 50 yrs old, divorced was a swinger/nudist for 5 or 6 yrs, boy that was fun, first implant was AMS 700 worked great but it became dislodged and one tip was trying to poke through my dick right below the head, had it replaced with coloplast and lost some girth but still works like a charm, in a committed relationship now and gave up the swinging and living a happy life able to get hard in 30 seconds and fuck whenever we want

Southwest Florida here.
56, Southwest Florida, pills becoming ineffective, haven't confirmed with Uro. I think part physical and part psychological (we are our own worst enemies).
