Anyone in the Austin TX area willing to Show and Tell. I'm scheduled for implant in Round Rock end of March '24.
Just a little nervous, but am ready and willing. Read a lot about all the post op pain and swelling. Has been over 35 yrs since a good positive erection lasting any length of time. I'm 73 but still hoping for some sexual activity. Dr Kansas will be the surgeon and it will be an AMS implant.

UPDATE: (It's been just over 2 yrs.) No major problems or pain during recovery. Was cycling at 4 wks. OK'd for sex just under 6 weeks. Was a little apprehensive at the time, but wanted to prove to the wife that I could finally get an erection that would stay hard for sexual enjoyment. Any gay men with a malleable implant willing to do a show and tell? I have a IPP but have had problems with it. I have 4th revision surgery secheduled Oct 2. Really considering malleable this go round. I want to ask about concealment, loss of size and other factors? If willing please DM me.

Reading your problems you posted about previously, I don't think a malleable would be any better for the problem of the cylinders extruding proximally through your crus. If anything it may be worse since you have to do a lot more firm manipulation of the cylinders by hand.
