Gay dude implant +40 days

I had a meeting with my urologist and he activated my implant for the first time. Everything worked awesome!!. I'm so glad I went with the Coloplast Titan touch. Most of the comments here seem to be anti Coloplast. Seeing the online video of the compression strength of the Titan cylinders closed the deal for me. Everything fits perfectly and none of the floppy head stuff I have seen mentioned here. I am now able to fully inflate and deflate the implant since learning how to use the touch pump (press really hard!!) I had anal sex today for the first time and it worked perfectly. It wasn't an easy 40 days but the end result is definitely worth it.
